Did the original building burn down? The laundromat is completely different from the building with the store???

The original shot has written on it s/e corner. That building in today's shot is on the north west corner. I wonder which building that is?
The S/E corner of Lippincott and Ulster in 1922 when it was a corner store.
2010 and no longer a store.
