Kipling and Lakeshore /Then and Now
Looking north up Kipling from Lakeshore in the fall of 1928. The Hotel to the left was the Altmont Hotel.
2010 and it would appear that part of the building on the right was demolished when Kipling was widened.

This chip wagon is located on Kingston Road east of Whites Road in Pickering. Before the 401 was built, Kingston Road (Hwy 2) was the main thoroughfare travelling east from Toronto.
