The S?E corner of King and Parliament as painted by Gerald Lazare sometime in the 1980's I would guess when it was the Derby Tavern.

Hollywood Jobbers on Queen/Then and Now
There are some great paintings of lost Toronto by Gerald and Setsuko Lazareto be found here.
Hollywood Jobbers re-located to the building on the left when the original site was demolished. They then moved up to John Street before retiring.
