Tri-colour asbestos floor tiles.
Some more vinyl flooring.

Those don't look like linoleum tiles, they look like the old asbestos tiles... That's likely why nobody tried to pull them up. They're more of a hazard to remove than to leave them in place and just tile over them!

ReplyDeleteThose are some awesome pictures, I love that history brought to life. I heard some talk of some these old floors getting ripped up and replaced with replica vinyl flooring Toronto.
