Eaton's Glider Bicycle

$59.99 would be close to $360.00 today.

Eaton's Glider line of bicycles were made in England by Raleigh and re-branded for sale here in Canada. Many are still on the road today.

  1. A FRIEND OF MINE HAD ONE VERY GOOD BIKE, HIS YOUNGER BROTHER HAD ONE PURCHASED FOR HIM EATONS COULD NOT SUPLEY ON TIME AND REPLACED HIS ORDER WITH THE MORE EXPENSIVE RALIEGH WHICH EATONS ALSO SOLD. BEING YOUNG BOYS WE WERE IMPRESSED BUT EXAMINATION OF BOTH UNITS PROVED TO BE IDENTICAL IN PERFORMANCE AND QUALITY.

  2. I bought one of these adult bikes today at an estate sale in excellent condition....needs air in the tires, not an actual defect. Only yesterday I'd said I wanted a bike but never expected to find one I could ride without an instruction book. It's a sweetie.
